The second Celestial Archive Advent Calendar also follows the format of a traditional Advent Calendar with 24 doors, although it is a collection of pre space age images of the heavens from various iconographic traditions, rather than typical yuletide imagery. It’s dimensions are smaller than the first calendar 24cm in wide (9 1/2 inches) and 31cm (12 1/2 inches) high.

The 24 window window images are printed on a translucent parchment paper which produces something of a stained glass effect when the calendar is held up to the light.
